QwickBuild is not a repackaged decking accessory. It is a fully engineered structural system, designed and tested to meet residential and commercial load requirements across every deck height and substrate type. Specifications at a Glance

Load Capacity and Span Performance
QwickBuild is engineered to carry up to 100 pounds per square foot uniformly distributed load, with a 1,000 pound (1.0 kip) point load capacity. This load rating meets or exceeds typical residential deck requirements and supports the demands of light commercial applications, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and high-traffic entertaining areas.
The aluminum profiles span further than equivalent dimensional lumber, which directly reduces the number of footings, posts, and ground penetrations required on raised decks. For elevated commercial work, this translates into faster permitting, less excavation, and a cleaner underside.

Materials and Finish
All joist, beam, and post profiles are extruded from 6063-T6 grade aluminum and finished in a powder-coated matte black. The 6063-T6 alloy is the standard structural aluminum specified for outdoor architectural use, valued for its strength-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance.
Brackets and fasteners are stainless steel grade 304 with an electrophoresis black coating, selected for long-term performance in wet and coastal environments. The TwistClip hidden fastener system is moulded from black polypropylene and designed to flex with seasonal expansion and contraction of composite boards.
The system is rust-proof, rot-proof, and requires no sealing, staining, or chemical treatment over its service life.
Substrate Compatibility
QwickBuild installs as a free-standing or anchored structure over any of the following:
- Poured concrete slabs and pads
- Existing concrete pavers
- Waterproof membranes, including rooftops, podiums, and balconies
- Natural ground with spot footings
The adjustable pedestal system supports the structure without penetrating the substrate underneath it, which matters most on rooftop and podium applications where membrane integrity has to stay intact. Pedestals spread the load across a wide base and isolate the aluminum frame from the substrate with built-in protection pads.
Adjustable Support Range
The QwickBuild pedestal system covers a continuous adjustable height range from 1/8 inch up to 1 foot using stackable components:
- A901 Deck Support Packer: 1/8 inch rubber packer, stackable up to five high
- A905 Adjustable Pedestal: 5/8 to 1 3/8 inch range
- A910 Adjustable Pedestal: 1 3/8 to 2 1/2 inch range
- A915 Pedestal Extender: 1 3/16 inch each, stackable up to eight under the A910
- A920 Slope Corrector: levels grades up to 7 percent
- A925 Acoustic Protection Pad: isolates noise and vibration on hard substrates
Since these components stack, a single product family can accommodate uneven existing surfaces, rooftop drainage slopes, and full mid-height deck builds without sourcing a separate post system for each condition.
